Hi, I played at Mr Smith deposited £25 got £25 after a Easter email promo. I won £431 and they sent me email saying they had sent the £25 back and that it was because of clause 12.1. I read this and could not work out what in that I had done and emailed them twice asking. I only live with my kids under 10 so they can't have claimed the bonus too anyway they would not say and refused to discuss further. I would like some help please. Thanks [EDIT]
