Megapari Casino - Blocked my account
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a complaint against Megapari for blocking my account and refusing withdrawal for over 1 month.
Main Issue:
My BBVA bank account was blocked with error , so I could not deposit. With my wife's permission, I made all deposits to Megapari from her bank account.
Current Problem:
Now my account is blocked for KYC/Withdrawal. For the last 20 days I sent my ID/passport and my wife's bank statement multiple times. Support keeps replying "incorrect information" but does not explain what is wrong or what exact document they need.
My Request:
I want a fair solution. I have 2 options and I accept either one:
1. Allow me to withdraw my balance to my wife's bank account, since all deposits came from her account with permission.
2. Unblock my account so I can now make deposits/withdrawals from my own bank account. My BBVA issue is now resolved.
I have attached all documents: My ID, my wife's ID, her bank statement showing deposits to Megapari, and marriage certificate.
Please contact Megapari management and give me a clear final answer. I just want to access my funds.
