Hello Askgamblers TeamIt seems I’ve stumbled upon a very unscrupulous casino. As part of the welcome bonus, I received a 200% bonus. By sheer luck, I met the full wagering requirements, and the maximum possible amount of 2,000 euros was available for withdrawal.I then successfully verified my account and requested a withdrawal of the first 500 €.After some time, I received an email stating that my account had been closed and that I needed to submit additional documents.I sent everything that was requested, and now they only want to refund my initial deposit of 100 €.My account was closed for no reason—just because I had a profit.I did not violate any terms and conditions.I hope you can help me get to the bottom of this fraud so that I can receive the winnings I am entitled to.Thank you very much in advance.
