Lucky Star Casino — player complaint #28747, 2026-10-02: account blocks
Lucky Star Casino: a player complaint filed on 2026-10-02, about account blocks, 180,000 INR in dispute. Published on AskGamblers. One of 7 complaints filed in English about this operator. The text below is the player's own words, as published on the source site.
Reason: Account closure
The game has had me blocked since September 22nd; They keep sending emails stating that my issue has been forwarded to the relevant department, but they aren't providing any concrete response. It is now October 1st, yet my account still hasn't been unblocked. They keep sending the same canned email responses whenever I ask when my account will be reopened; they aren't giving a proper answer. This situation arose because, on September 21st, I placed some large bets and won a significant amount; I initiated withdrawals for part of the winnings in installments while leaving some funds in the gaming account to continue playing. However, they have neither released the money nor reopened the account. I have forwarded the email correspondence of our conversation to you, so please take a look and try to help me out.
