Linebet - missing withdrawal

I have made a withdrawal of 4100 Egp to my Vodafone Cash account on 2 May 2025 at 9:46 Am After just one minute, the casino marked my request as completed successfully. Of course, I didn't receive anything, after contacting the support they sent me a proof of the withdrawal process which is a fake clearly edited photo ( I will leave it in the attachments - you can see it is fake by taking a close look at the amount 4100 Egp, also you can see that the process was done on 9:45 am which is before the request) After sending them a video of my transactions that prove I didn't receive anything, they closed my case and said that the withdrawal is successful because of the fake photo.
