King Billy - Winnings voided due to accusations of claiming bonuses on two accounts
I got recommended to play King Billy casino by a friend who was visiting from a different island, she had signed up and used a bonus from her own IP address (I have proof of this) and her address on the account is her own address also.
Whilst my friend was here she played a few games on her device (which was not the bonus money, she had done the wager and withdrew the money, so no bonus was active whatsoever, days before) (she told me she had used my laptop while I was at work on her OWN account which from what I see is not against any rules no where does it say you can not play on your own account at another address no bonus money was active at all and especially considering I didn’t even have an account at this time, I know how casinos work and would never sign up and waste money without reading conditions first )she showed me the selection of games which I quite liked so I signed up to King Billy and deposited $200 with a bonus. I had a really good win completed the wagering and withdrew King Billy has now voided my winnings and have said that I have several accounts and used the same bonus on them which is completely untrue, I have provided them
The proof and they admitted there was only one account made at my house IP address so are now using another excuse that two people had played on the same IP on their own accounts with bonuses (I have screenshots of all proof) keeping in mind my freind has played wagered the bonus money at her own house before i even signed up ,the two IP addresses used to deposit on the accounts are completely different.
