I was once a member of Jackpot Joy under the username [EDIT] and email address [EDIT]. I have been excluded from that website for many years but was able to register under [EDIT] again with jackpot joy in 2015 and starspins. Because I was still self-excluded I should not have been able to register. I was recently contacted by cassava enterprises who advised they should not have allowed me to play following an exclusion and I feel that Profitable play have breached this.
