Jackpot Joy - Return of money
I made a withdrawal of £1000 from jackpotjoy however it went to a closed bank account, I’ve been in contact with them and they have asked me to prove it was closed with supplying a bank statement and I have to now wait 30 days to get my money returned to my jackpotjoy account. I asked the bank if they could track the payment and it’s not showing on any of their systems? According to jackpotjoy this is because it’s a automatic system. I feel like this is abit dodgy and feel like I’m never going to get it back?

Jackpot Joy - Gamstop
Hi,
I have a very bad gambling problem,I joined Gamstop may 2018 and since then I have tried to rejoin hundreds of online casinos, thankfully without success.
On 5th feb 2019 i managed to open an account with Jackpotjoy,I lost £1630 and then contacted them to explain that I am with Gamstop and sent them a screen shot of this, they said that because my email was different they were not interested.
Everything else I registered with Gamstop was the same,Name, phone number,Address and D.O.B so I am thinking surely they shouldnt be allowed to get away with taking advantage of problem Gamblers,I know that I should be responsible but as I said-No other casino would let me rejoin??
>Hope you can help.
Thanks

Jackpotjoy - closed my account and retained my winnings
Hello The Pogg, I am reaching out to you because I have had an issue with Jackpotjoy which is lasting for about 6 months already. I signed up to Jackpot joy in February 2017. I deposited 100 GBP and played slots bingo etc. I was lucky enough to win nearly 4000 GBP. I then decided to withdraw my winnings to my card and was asked to send verification documents. I verified my account successfully but then my account was suddenly closed after placing the withdrawal request. I received the below email. I then realised that I have accepted a bonus upon registering and depositing but I don't believe I have breached any of the below terms and conditions they have mentioned in their email. I will very much appreciate if you can look into the issue and advise if you could help. Thanks very much

Jackpot Joy - Self-exclusion failure
I was once a member of Jackpot Joy under the username [EDIT] and email address [EDIT]. I have been excluded from that website for many years but was able to register under [EDIT] again with jackpot joy in 2015 and starspins. Because I was still self-excluded I should not have been able to register. I was recently contacted by cassava enterprises who advised they should not have allowed me to play following an exclusion and I feel that Profitable play have breached this.

Jackpot Joy - Refund request due to diminished responsibility
The casino I have the dispute with is Jackpotjoy and Fabulous Bingo.
In 2015 I became unwell as psychotic symptoms increased. I suffer with a mental health condition - psychotic depression. I was prescribed medication to ease symptoms. I had a full blown psychosis in April 2016 and then my dosage of medication was increased. From that time I had a compulsion to gamble. Prior to this I had never gambled before. I was still having psychotic symptoms. In the end this lead me to believe that I had to gamble and click the button to ensure my family and I would be ok and the world would not end. Money was not real and only credits. I could not control the compulsion to gamble nor the the irrational thoughts and spent more and more money. I could think of nothing else other than to gamble to ensure our wellbeing. I took money from joint accounts that were for my husbands business in order to be able to gamble not realising at the time the significance of my actions. It got to the stage where my husband had to smash the computer in order to get me to stop clicking on the site and when this happened I was terrified that something bad would now happen. My medication was increased again. Although symptoms of the psychosis died down and I stopped believing the world would end if I didn't gamble the compulsion to gamble remained and worsened. All I could think and do was gambling and continued to do so. It was not until November 2016 that I found out the medication I was taking was actually attributing to the cause of the gambling. It states in the precautions list excessive gambling as a known side effect. I stopped the medication and changed to an alternative. After doing so the compulsion to gamble decreased only remaining when having symptoms of psychosis.
After I had gambled on the site and my husband found out he contacted the company to close the account and I believe asked for the money to be returned. I was still in psychosis at the time and on trying to access my account was unable to. I contacted the company to find out what was wrong and was asked if I was ok to continue with the account. I replied yes as I needed to be able to click the button so that the world would not end. I wagered some more . My husband found out again and asked for the account to be closed which I think was then done. I continued signing up to sites so that I could press the button. A little while after when my psychotic symptoms had reduced I contacted the company to explain what had happened and asked for a refund due to the fact that I was in the middle of a psychosis and not in control of my actions at the time. I was told this was not possible. I tried several times but unsuccessful. As I was still suffering from the compulsion to gamble until now I have not been in the able mind to carry on with the dispute.
I would only like the difference between the deposits and withdrawals to be refunded as had I not been in psychosis and receiving Ariprazole medication I would have never gambled. The combination of these have ruined my life almost resulting in me loosing my children. I do have the precautions sheet stating excessive gambling as a side effect and medical documentation to show my illness however I would not like my medical information posted to the site everything else is ok. I have an email of the conversation between myself and the site and when asked for these documents am happy to provide.
The amount disputed from Jackpotjoy is £2827 and from Fabulous £2980
