Jackpot Joy - Gamstop

Hi, I have a very bad gambling problem,I joined Gamstop may 2018 and since then I have tried to rejoin hundreds of online casinos,thankfully without success. On 5th feb 2019 i managed to open an account with Jackpotjoy,I lost £1630 and then contacted them to explain that I am with Gamstop and sent them a screen shot of this,they said that because my email was different they were not interested. Everything else I registered with Gamstop was the same,Name,phone number,Address and D.O.B so I am thinking surely they shouldnt be allowed to get away with taking advantage of problem Gamblers,I know that I should be responsible but as I said-No other casino would let me rejoin?? >Hope you can help.
