JackPoker Casino - Player’s account has not been blocked.
The player from Kazakhstan requested an account block for gambling addiction in November 2023, which was ignored. After his request, he deposited $1,000 and withdrew $863, resulting in a loss. He then filed formal complaints after unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue. We asked him for the timing and proof of his chat communication with the casino, but he did not respond to our follow-up messages and reminders. As a result, the complaint was closed for now due to a lack of response, and no further investigation could be completed.
