Unfair account closure and terrible customer support
I recently had my account with fortunejack closed without any prior warning or clear explanation. Despite following all the rules and guidelines, my account was suddenly suspended, and no one from customer support was able to give me a satisfactory answer or resolution, the only thing they mentioned is that your verification failed despite sharing screenshot with them that the verification was successful.I reached out multiple times, hoping to get clarification or an opportunity to resolve whatever issue led to the closure, but I received nothing but generic responses and zero assistance. It's incredibly frustrating to be treated like this as a loyal user, especially when there’s no transparency about what went wrong or how I can rectify the situation. What really stands out is the lack of accountability on their end. Instead of offering a clear explanation or working to resolve the issue, they simply cut me off with no recourse or respect for their customers. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and feeling completely disregarded.I would strongly advise against using this site unless you're okay with arbitrary account suspensions and poor customer service. There are plenty of other platforms that value their users and operate with far more transparency. My username is a071984 and I am still hoping they do the right thing by giving me back my account access. I am willing to do the verification again if they are fine with it and will change my review basis how this case proceeds.
