I am writing to file a formal complaint against FortuneJack (Fortune) for stealing approximately $1000 from me. I initiated a withdrawal request, after which they suddenly blocked my account associated with the email bookmattmass @gmail.com Despite reaching out to their support team multiple times, they have refused to assist or release my funds, providing no valid explanation. This appears to be a deliberate scam tactic to withhold player winnings. I kindly urge others to be aware that FortuneJack is a scam and should be avoided. My hard-earned money has been unjustly taken, and I demand the immediate return of my $1000 balance.
