FortuneJack Casino - Player’s account has been closed, withholding funds.
The player from Germany deposited funds at Fortunejack, won money, but her withdrawal request was never processed due to a missed identity verification email. The casino subsequently closed her account and withheld her winnings without responding to her inquiries, despite her willingness to complete the verification process. During the complaint, we contacted the casino and it confirmed that KYC emails had been sent and that the account had been closed for non-completion of verification, but later the account was unlocked so she could withdraw. In the end, the complaint was closed because she stopped responding to our follow-up messages, so we could not continue the investigation.
