I play a game called Drop and lock deep sea magic there's 2 bonuses. I won both at tge same time. Only got to play the pyramid bonus not the game ball drop bonus. Contacted Fanduel they said there was a glitch and the last ball was a plain white ball but my screen shot says different. They are scammers. Millions and millions but can't give a extremely loyal customer free play to compensate.

This is gambling.They should no what your going to win on a bonus play a slot machine . Every single time I get a bonus play a slot all of a sudden it's verifying my location . Or making me reset the app. I can play for hours then get a bonus it was to dismiss the game or search my location which I haven't left any where . It's all does not let people win any big amount ever. It sucks and so does there customer service .

My FanDuel racing account showed a balance of $25. My bank account showed a withdrawal of $25 twice. A horrible experience. Never, Never use this wagering platform. I am not an inveterate gambler by any means. I placed one bet on May 20 2026 for Spain's men's team to win the World Cup. The bet was for $ 200.00. They won. I also made a token bet of $ 6.00 for the U.S. team to win and we all know how that went down. However, Fan Duel now says that they cashed out my $ 200 wager I had made on Spain and returned $ 193.99 to my account. I never had a discussion with them about cashing out anything and they now refuse to pay my winnings which would have been over $ 800.00. That is just patently wrong and fraudulent on their part. Like I said at the beginnings of these remarks do not use this wagering platform. They do not and will not communicate by phone and they make up scenarios to deny payment. They never once spoke to me about cashing out my $ 200 bet into my Fan Duel account only honoring the $ 6.00 bet on he U.S. Either they should have honored my bet to the extent of $ 193.99 or advised me to make up the difference of $ 6.01. They did neither. They do not communicate with their clients or make it possible to reach them. In soccer, I only bet on the Spanish men's team to win the World Cup, I did this in 2010 with another, more honorable company and they honored my bet. Fan Duel does not honor wagers that are made. If you have a bunch of money you do not care to lose this is definitely the app for you! I have been a regular daily player on this casino app for a few years now. FanDuel Faceoff is the most criminally insane app ever. Totally stealing from you. WATCH OUT! they match you with the most absurd pro level sweaty type players ever. We are talking like players with over 20,000 games played somehow. Holy crap go outside bro. It’s not skill base matchmaking at all btw, they claim it is but it’s not. To test this I had my friend start a new account and he immediately got matched with somebody with 2000 games played, of-course he would lose dude what are we talking about. Also if you have bonus bets i believe that they match you up with somebody really good so you lose way more often. Also the grand slam superstars game totally has AI bots playing against you. 7/10 games they hit a perfect game against you. a law suit needs to come out on these guys already.

I tried to deposit with bank account 10x for $20 and all were declined and not posted to my account, yet were debited from my bank. The chat support told me on 2 occasions to wait 3-5 business days. It has been longer than 5 business days. Both times the chat support disconnected my chat with no option to escalate. I have been a loyal customer until this issue. Don’t do business with this company, period! What a poor experience. I don’t spend $20 a month, rather thousands of dollars and this is the service I’ve received. Garbage service for a very loyal customer. Run away. I’m not sure which app I will use moving forward but can’t imagine I will choose one with worse service. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. I deposited money in my account. They mistakenly put it in a non playable category on my account.I was unable to use or withdraw the money. They sent me an email telling how to resolve the issue.
