I have faithfully played online at FanDuel Casino for 4 years now and at first I liked it, but I have noticed for the last year or so it has gotten really bad. No longer give out any worthwhile rewards or bonuses and even if u get lucky somehow u don’t ever win more than 10 dollars even if you spent much more money playing a slot game. I now consider the slot game cash eruption as the five and dime store as you get five cents and $.10 wins I don’t know what happened to hitting the cash eruption or getting free spins and if you get lucky and happen to get a Cash eruption it will pay you basically what you spent to play the game no more no less their new games that they put out daily are all the same type. They all suck and none of them have any big win they have just been very disappointing. It’s supposed to be a fun time when you’re playing look at as entertainment problem is there is nothing entertaining about their new games. They are all alike. You can hear a bunch of different sounds. It’s got sound effect, but let’s face it we’re not playing to hear sound effect we’re playing in hopes to win not going to happen with FanDuel. I’m convinced they are in the business to just taken the money. I would much rather keep my $25 a day spending for myself then to just donate it to FanDuel. I am a very displeased customer who has closed my account.

I took pictures of my entries and it clearly says Bonus Back Offer on my entries. They said they dont know what the offer said. I asked them then what was the Bonus Back offer mean and they didnt reply... THey dont know what their promotions are because they are constantly changing them. THis week on football I noticed an offer changed from a fewe days earlier. THey are changing offer based on ticket sales to boost entries then making you prove what offer they showed you arfter the fact. They cant be trusted with promotions and are probably having financial problems

My experience has completely been a different story. I met all the requirement they talked about now they're refusing to payout my profit into my account. I reach out to the support concerning the issue and instead of solving the issue the came up with another requirement not to pay me my funds. From my experience with #...M𝘰netian...# requesting a payout has been a straightforward process. I haven't personally had a request denied when I've made one and the payments I've requested have been paid out without much difficulty. That's made the process feel fairly simple on my end.

It took considerable effort just to reach a representative and get an explanation.FanDuel chose not to honor the promotion, and their customer service was unacceptable. I withdrew my funds and closed my account. They lost a customer over a $100 promotion and poor customer service.

I got so frustrated that I just withdrew what money I had left and deleted the app. To bad because the sports betting was good, but slots were terrible. Save your time and money. Good for sports bets but slots are terrible.

Scam. They definitely are rigged. I tried a few days in a row and they just take your money. At first they paid a little then nothing at all. I used to get rewards and then they send maybe 2 bonus spins here and there. Use bet 365 or draft kings.

Terrible customer service. Their AI is not smart and their CS reps are not capable of the simplistic requests. Cumbersome sign up, delayed deposits and freezing of deposits even after authorized. Good luck with these guys, not the best wagging site

FanDuel is great, awesome promotions many opportunities to win , never have I once been scammed or not been given my bonuses. the sign up bonus is absolutely insane deal, don't let negative people ruin your experience here you will enjoy it just remember double is better the nothing. Had account for 10 daysMade a parley bet that won.Did not get paid. So tried to contact someone for 2 days after .never got response so on Third day texting with someone that needed I'd for bet. Looked for bet it disappeared. Said they could not do anything without ID which is gone now saw 2 other bets I did not make its bullshit. It's not a lot of money but shady assholes

i would not suggest using this casino site...ive been playing for months and never get any good bonuses...i think its rigged like all of the other online casinos..maybe a couple wins in the beginning, then bang..NOTHING..lol...i suggest going to the real land casinos at least there its a social outing and you can hit real jackpots...

This company has gone completely down hill I don’t know what they did but you don’t win anything. you will lose big time and each time all they give you is 10$ on a Monday or a mystery box once a month that is all you are going to get back from your losses.
