The worst customer service. They make you wait long period of time and when you get to them, they keep telling you to check this site. Check that site and they never try to deal with the problem. They treat their customers like shit. I’ll never go back to the site.

Fandual is deceiving payouts are early to get you hooked then all games dry up after a couple small wins. But MOST importantly, I made a bunch of deposits/played a lot over holidays and was surprised to see that someone at fandual continued to take my deposits until my account was emptied of $3000, which was inherited from my mother passing away shortly before this, and then they kept trying as ETF payments after my account was empty, to a tune of $760 in NSF fees. Opened a fraud investigation, 5 months ago and still haven’t gotten my money back. My account is -$850 with the added overdraft fees, because I don’t have an overdraft. My account is now unusable and nobody is taking accountability even though there’s undeniable proof that is wasn’t me and that it WAS someone there using a VPN. F*%Dual

Signed up through Amazon at the start of hockey season, cancelled the service through Amazon at the end of the season, over two weeks later was billed again through FD directly. Customer service won't issue a refund, insisted I had two accounts though was never billed through FD direct until after cancelling through Amazon. Glad they are going out of business, damn crooks

Worst site ever to use for betting they are scam artist. I referred someone for the $50 referral and after accountant this emails to support and doing everything they asked for the $50 they gaslight me and don’t give it to me use draft gigs or any other site you saw this one they’re cheaters.

Fanduel last week gave me over $100.00 in bonuses. I set my lineups and the next day all these bonuses were taken away and they said it was a mistake. Thursday Night May 7th 2026 I spent nearly $50.00 on Fantasy Baseball and Basketball contests and had no access to change lineups if needed or view how I was doing until the middle of night. Both the email service and live chat just brushed it off and said nothing could be done. Also every night playing fantasy basketball my scores are subtracted several times by 3 points. I understand turnovers and losses of points but nothing would add up to a minus 3. They also are terrible in updating late changes and sometimes in basketball they give no notice until after a player is scratched.

I’m over playing on FanDuel, there games are all the same. Used to be able to play for entertainment and have a few small wins to keep one playing, now it’s just take take take your money no playback no wins no bonuses. They have taken the fund out out of their swap. Machines have just become straight up takers and don’t seem to care if you’re in and out their purpose take your money and be done.

I have been trying to withdraw my money for weeks now, at first it started with them telling me oh you need the most up to date version of everything update your phone update FanDuel this and that, I continue to withdraw, and failed everytime, talked with my bank they tell me they see no record of a withdraw, which makes it a FanDuel problem, they’ve barely done anything to try and verify or help me with the withdraw process I’m really irritated with FanDuel

The worst company ever I lost so much money in this account. Anytime I try to win little of money the takes you out and you cannot login. that means this company is the worst and fake.

I made a bet, but strangely as I am winning the app takes me out and I cannot enter my account due to an alleged error in the app. These scams of these betting applications must be stopped. This must be controlled and regulated

If I could put less I would I don't understand how I have active bets but suddenly I can't access the app because they are experiencing high volume in my state.What kind of mess is that ?

FanDuel gets a one for treating me well as vip , the casino is shady as it gets . I realize high volatility slots are volatile , but the reel patterns on my most played slots are baltabtlt obvious , I’ve spun so much and lost so much I can predict a bonus buy 3 spins in . When they decide to flip the collect switch it really flips . You can drop 2k straight in a hundred dollar bonus buys and it will swallow your soul , I would love to see a transparent FanDuel casino audit on rng on said games , in no world would would it make any sense . Fanduel flat it lies about game results. I had a -8.5 spread and my team won by 9. I win. Fanduel said I lost. Customer service couldn't help fix a typo let alone a bet. The sites system rips you off and they will not fix it.... If you catch the mistake. Use Draftkings. I haven't had an issue with them in the passed year. No wonder Fanduel is getting sued.

If there could be a 0, I would put that in. I have tried for the past hour to speak with a human being that actually understands what I need. This “chat coach” needs serious help. When I ask for specific information it “verified my information” through email over 6 times after I already asked to speak with someone. If fanduel wants to implement AI, make sure it is thoroughly tested prior to releasing it. Very disappointed about this entire operation.

Customer service is no help. Have been waiting 4 weeks for the welcome bonus spins. No one can resolve the issue and just get told that it has been escalated and that each time I chat or call a new ticket is raised that delays the progress. I am still waiting on response on my issue. Oh I should say I did receive one response but it had nothing to do with my query on welcome bonus. They referred to a weekly net losses bonus that I did not query about. Perhaps they cannot read or write English very well and if so they should not be in this position!!!

Customer service terrible games dont load when they are ready to pay ! All other games that load pay load no problem stay away these guys are blood suckers what a coincidence

Everything with this site is problematic From Location issues, Withdrawls and Deposits.Hoping Draft Kings does better but Fanduel has set the bar so low I can not see how they won't do better.
