They scam the f out of there loyal guests Im a 4 star and have been every since they started their loyalty program, which is a scam they say they offer 100k in bonuses but you can’t see the winners ever also I had a winning Wadger cashed out right before it won I was at work so it couldn’t have possible been me i have video footage and they continuously say it’s only done on my end …. The utter disrespect they have show is just beyond me dont choose this site you will get scammed out of your money!!!

If I could leave no stars I would have. I placed a same game 2 leg parlay today, Texas A&M and over. Somehow the over was switched to a different game. I contacted them and they hide behind the computer system makes the wager and there is nothing they can do. I wish I would have checked the reviews prior to starting up again with Fanduel because they are scathing and I would have gone to Draft Kings, or Bet MGM or any of the numerous sites available. Live and learn. Needless to say I will be cashing out my balance and will never deal with this site ever again.

Restructure their rewards system = no rewards anymore. Worst gambling site ever...I made a deposit, only played slots and in the middle of a slot spin they froze my account...after numerous attempts with customer service they just never unfroze my account and stole my money. Thanks again Scamduel!

The game ebasketball it's very rigged, you have players betting on themselves to even win or lose to split the money with the other contestant or a better yet friends, I watch the game today which would be the 20th of August at 10:00 a clock a.m. the team name was torch, the player of torch, through the game purposely get it, he played no defense he allowed the player to go to the baskets each time he started shooting balls underneath the basket, more or less at the end of the game he start throwing the ball away, he should be investigated and I should be reimbursed for a rig game, the game and commission says that the games are monitored which is a lie, maybe they're getting their cut out of the money also so that's why they're letting these players to be dishonest. The owner or gentleman of torch, should be disqualified and banned from playing. They will not go back and review the game because they're losing money.

Customer support department should be dismantled. No point in offering Live Chat, if agents are dismissive of problems from Fanduel's end - they prefer to shift blame on customer (widespread issue), and disconnect chats while claiming to transfer to specialists. Trash individuals behind Fanduel. Thankfully we have options of at least 10 superior sportsbooks compared to FD.

They are crooks. They don’t honor bets and give refunds when you win.
