Dreams Casino - withdrawal denial
I have screen shots of the entire conversation but basically I had been trying to cash out for over a week in the amount of $205 and I attempted this 5 times. Each time I returned to check on it, the money would just be put back into my account like I never even attempted to withdrawal. I kept inquiring about this and was told they didn’t know why it was happening and they would escalate the issue.
I heard nothing until I inquired again after trying to withdrawal and despite being verified and no outstanding items needed in my account I was told to submit my id front and back to their email address which I did. Even as this exchange has gone on with them that I added screen shots of. In my account it states the withdrawal has been processed and that the $178 withdrawal is complete . It says manager withdrawal approved and I’m including that as well.
