The player from Germany requested a withdrawal of €675 two weeks earlier and had not received any updates despite being fully verified. He had followed all the rules and was then facing delays with the same repeated message regarding the withdrawal status. He later said the casino had cancelled all 6 pending withdrawals, claiming he had played with stakes that were too high, and we asked him to forward the related correspondence for review. As he did not respond to our follow-up messages and reminder, we were unable to continue the investigation and the complaint was closed.
