Be FAIR please ….I was using Cloudbet for some time, last time about 9 months ago. That time I won some money and they limited my account! So I left. During World Cup I made three deposits and started to play bets on it. Won some money, made two withdrawals on about 1700 usd. Then tried to make next one on 200 usd with account balance about 3000 usd. And WHAT…. BBC’sThey stolen my 3000 usd, cancel withdrawal, cancel my pending bets… why ??? They correctly applied their responsible gambling terms for a self-exclusion breach: they voided all gameplay, confiscated the winnings, and refunded my exact net deposits of USD 5,264.15. However, Cloudbet is flatly refusing to apply the exact same policy and regulatory principle to the closely linked breach account “Memwvanile”, where I incurred a net loss of USD 7,195.91 under identical self-exclusion conditions. They claim that because the funds were lost during active play, they are not liable for a refund. This is a clear case of "selective voiding"—the operator recognizes the self-exclusion breach only when it financially benefits them (to confiscate winnings) but ignores the breach when the player loses (to retain net deposits). Furthermore, Cloudbet Compliance explicitly stated in official correspondence that the account “Memwvanile” was blocked on 09 October 2025. This statement is entirely false. I possess irrefutable system evidence proving the account remained active and operational long after that date: 1. A Cloudbet withdrawal confirmation email dated 1 November 2025. 2. A Cloudbet deposit confirmation email dated 5 November 2025. 3. Promotional marketing campaigns sent by Cloudbet to this supposedly blocked account's email as recently as 8 May 2026, actively enticing a self-excluded user to gamble. Because Cloudbet failed to uphold their legal and regulatory obligations to secure my self-exclusion and actively targeted a vulnerable player with marketing, these losses should never have been permitted to occur. I respectfully request ThePOGG to investigate this matter and compel Cloudbet to refund my USD 7,195.91 in net deposits from the “Memwvanile” account, ensuring consistency with the actions they already took on the "Menagve" account. My account was blocked due to an alleged “second account” violation.However, the casino refused to return my remaining balance and did not provide any fair resolution.The old account they refer to has not been accessible to me for a long time. Despite this, support refused to help and kept the funds.Support responses were mostly generic, and no clear evidence of violation was provided.The issue regarding the refund is still unresolved.Be careful and read the multi-account rules carefully before depositing.
