I had months of experience on that site, and whenever I won small amounts of money, they would deposit it for me. But when I tried to withdraw $2200, they canceled my withdrawal and asked for identification documents and proof of residence. Since I intended to gamble anonymously, I gave up on claiming my money. It hurts even more knowing that money could have been used to help my sick son.

I messaged support and they told me it would take DAYS to resolve?! Loyal customer and have spent many $ that they’re happy to take but won’t pay out a small winning bet. All because of a technical issue. They’re happy to take take take but when it comes to resolving an issue they are happy to drag it out as long as they possibly can. Again, if you value your time and money find somewhere else that will value your loyalty and somewhere that has better customer service.

The support is the worst out of any crypto Casino - issue still unresolved. Went to place a wager it said “a technical issue happened please review” I did and had no wagers, so I went to try again and end up with duplicates” just glitches all the time, support does nothing but make you wait 1-2 weeks for no resolution. Worst support in the industry, played at many casinos such as Betcoin, Bodog, Stake, etc. Had a technical issue I provided proof of etc. for 14 days nothing has been done, asked for a supervisor have had ZERO reply.
