It has now been pending for more than 34 hours.I contacted Cloudbet support and specifically asked them to explain the status of the withdrawal, whether it is undergoing KYC, compliance, betting-integrity or another review, whether anything is required from me, and what is preventing approval.Support responded that the withdrawal is “currently pending final confirmation” and that their team had been notified, but they did not answer the specific questions above.I subsequently requested escalation to the Payments Team and a substantive status update, but I have still not received an explanation.I understand that legitimate verification and security checks can sometimes delay withdrawals. My complaint is therefore not simply about the passage of 34 hours. My concern is that approximately $24,000 is pending while I have not been told what is actually holding the withdrawal, whether any action is required from me, or when the underlying review will be addressed.I am asking Cloudbet to either process the withdrawal or provide a clear explanation of its current status and any requirements that I need to satisfy.I will update this complaint immediately if the withdrawal is processed.

I’ve been experiencing a serious issue with my Cloudbet account for several days now, and despite contacting support multiple times, I still have no explanation or solution.It initially started after I made a few comments on Pulse posts about a promotion. My comments were removed, and shortly afterward I lost access to Pulse and live chat.When I’m logged into my account, Pulse is completely blank and says “There are no posts.” I also cannot use the live chat. However, when I log out, Pulse posts and the chat appear normally. I have tested multiple devices, browsers, and internet connections, so this does not appear to be a device or connection issue.What makes the situation even more concerning is that I am now receiving notifications in my Cloudbet inbox for activity that does NOT belong to me. For example, I have received notifications saying that someone tailed my bet, followed me, or commented on my Pulse post — but the bet and/or Pulse post being referenced are not mine. I did not place the referenced bet and did not create the referenced post.I contacted Cloudbet support and they eventually told me that the issue had been escalated to their technical team. However, after several days, I am still being told that they have no update and cannot provide any timeframe for resolution.I understand that technical issues happen, and I’m not expecting an immediate fix.
