They settled my bet as a loser when the player i bet on retired 3 minutes later. I done the same bet on another sportsbook and it was voided. Asks for this to be looked at and no one is even interested in responding. Probably not wise to use this site for tennis betting

Cloudbet - restricted country
I was using normally the account, and suddenly the blocked my account asking for verification (which is normal), i have sent everything they asked. In the first place they asked proof of residence and I thought they ask the same as showed in the ID Card, os I sent it. They told me players from my country (Spain) can't play and allowed me to withdraw only the deposits ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. I told them im not living in Spain, but they forbid to play FROM SPAIN, but not forbid spanish players who live in allowed countries, which is my case, and right away I sent them the proof of residence in Andorra, which is my current place. They told me that eventhough they allowed me to send new documentation to prove it (which I did), as far as the first one was not OK (due to a missunderstanding), they are going to take all my 4500usdt amount in benefits They dont answer more emails to me Run away from this website ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Be so careful

Cloudbet - targeting problem gambler from banned jurisdiction with false and misleading marketing
I am currently battling problem gambling addiction and I am permanently self excluded from Australia’s online bookmakers and gambling operators.
Meaning I can not gamble or open an account with legal and licensed operators in Australia even if I wanted to.

In September 2022 I received marketing emails from Cloudbet stating “join the club” and that they have been “serving Australias crypto community since 2013”.
I have evidence of this.

Furthermore, accessing their website from an Australian IP, their home page states “The best Bitcoin sports betting site in Australia”.
I also have evidence of this.

I was lured into activating an account with them and placed over $40,000 worth of deposits in the lifetime of my account where my problem gambling was taken advantage of.

Eventually I was unable to access their website and a government notice would appear saying that they are “banned”.
After doing further research, it turns out that the Australian Government and the ACMA formally banned Cloudbet and notified them of this in July 2022 - two months prior to the marketing material and my account activation.
I can provide you the public notice and the communication from the Australian government to Cloudbet and Curacao Egaming.

I feel abused, mislead and illegally targetted knowingly by Cloudbet , and if they were infact “Australian” licensed as they claimed to be, I would not have lost control or been able to create an account in the first place.

I eventually contacted their support and raised a complaint where they continued to advise that this is a misconception and that they are legally operating and fully licensed to operate in Australia’s jurisdiction… which is a complete LIE.

Their licensing requirements clearly state that it is the operators responsibility to know the laws of the jurisdictions where they offer games of chance.

Furthermore, although Cloudbets terms and conditions attempt to leave all responsibility on the end user, it’s important to note that their terms and conditions also clearly state:
7.1.1. Before you are able to start playing on the Website, we will require you to first register with us.
7.1.2. We do not accept registration from persons resident in jurisdictions that prohibit you from participating in online sports betting, gambling, gaming, and/or games of skill, for and/or with Cryptocurrency.“

Not only did I manage to create an account from a banned jurisdiction but I was FOOLED into doing it.

This sets a dangerous precedent as Cloudbet could have at any point requested a KYC (which they never did) and refused to pay out any winnings on the basis of their terms.
This allows them to send grossly misleading marketing material to lure users like me from banned jurisdictions and allow us to lose, however if we win big they then refuse to pay winnings - which is a common occurence and they get away with it.

Cloudbet - Account investigation 6 months
Hello, I have problem with cloudbet casino/sportsbook. I used only sportsbook. I opened there account and deposited money at 12th of October this year. I verified my account before started to play. I had there some winnings and also some losses, regulary used like bookmaker. I placed various bets, from some smaller leagues/sports to some comboes from big soccer and basketball leagues. I done there 3-4 deposits and also 3-4 withdrawals without problems. On 27th october they asked for full KYC ID, Selfie and adress verification. I sent them all asked documents, but then i got message from them that my account is investigating and can take up to 6 months! I sent them few emails where i told them i am available for all checks, video check to answer on all questions regarding bets/account i have nothing to be fear off, i placed all bets by myself and have explanation for every bet i made. But they just telling me i have to wait and can take up to 6 months. I cant remember how much funds left on account cuz i used them to play regulary and had some active bets when they blocked my account. I think after i won some euroeague combo for 300usdt won 900usdt something like that. I really think they threat me unfair, if they do not want to reopen my account then just pay out me my winnings. I am not scammer, not used any bonuses account is on my own name all bets placed by myself and i am fully responsible for all bets i placed. Please help me to get my account or funds back. Thank you,

Cloudbet - Casino did not conduct KYC and allowed continued big transactions from gambling addict
Casino Operator Cloudbet never conducted KYC as required by regulator and within a short period allowed gambling addict to make transactions in total of 168.397$ without confirming or verifing anything, relating to the responsible gaming and code of conduct policies, that a young kid as me could never afford such transactions without dept. According to Curacao e-Gaming's General Terms and Conditions: "an online gaming provider is any entity, sublicensed by CeG to provide online gaming services, licensed by Curacao Gaming Control Board." - CeG also writes in their Code of Conduct "14. The Operator is required, the ordinance notwithstanding, to at all times comply with all Curacao local as well as international rules and regulations. Within the Curacao Gaming Control Board in Curacao Article 5.2 b states that Casinos have the obligation to undertake Customer Due Diligence (CDD) measures when: "carrying out occasional transactions above the monetary equivalent of US$ 3,000;" The Casino Operator is also licensed with the E Gambling Montenegro, which also states within their AML policy that KYC should be applied when transaction of 2000€, so the Casino Operator is licensed by two regulators that requires this. The EU law also require KYC when above 2000€, so it is a breach of both the Curacao, Montenegro and EU laws. I have tried to solve this with the Casino, but they writes back to me as quoted "There was no need for any such procedures to take place" and "The amount of your deposit will not fall into these cases, I'm afraid therefore we are not held accountable for your gameplay". But if 168.397$ in transactions and 93380$ in deposits does not fall within the amount, and thats the excuse by the Casino operator, then i dont know which amount falls under such cases, when regulator requires as above. I have screenshots of all transactions and communication, but Casino operator has stopped answering emails. If the casino operator don't confirm the identity and conducting KYC/CDD as required by the law especially with such big amounts how can they in any case fullfill the requirement by the regulator, which require to report unusual transactions as stated in GCB in AML section 8.5, combination or pattern of transactions involving a total amount in excess of the monetary equivalent of NAƒ 5,000. (2.400$) - And also to fullfill the requirement to check if user has requested excluded, if they do not know their identity. Following the Curacao AML law, since the first 3000$ should not require KYC/CDD, my complaint is not for the first 3000$, they are for the casino to keep - But the amount above this, if we take deposits minus withdrawals is 15.364$.

Cloudbet - Verification issues
Cloudbet froze my account 4 weeks ago and they said that there are irregularities in my account and they need to verify my account and check the gameplay which will be conducted by play n go. I have provided them everything that they need to prove that I don't have multiple accounts. I keep sending them an email every day for the last 4 weeks and keep saying the same thing every day. I think 4 weeks is more than enough for 2 weeks of playing to check my account and gameplay.

Cloudbet - Locked Account- Stated Not Paying $15k
Yesterday Wednesday 9-23-2020 my account became locked and I received the response that $15,000 worth of bitcoin cash would not be paid out. It became apparent that it was because of a mis-grade that I was unaware of because they keep separate balances for Bitcoin and for Bitcoin cash and apparently I was "obligated" to let them know before requesting a withdrawal or making any more bets in bitcoin cash that the bitcoin balance had gone negative due to their error. On top of this they say they will void all bets because when I sent KYC, the KYC was from the USA and stating that I was in the USA while making the bets which I was not. The emails and messages are included below. Anything you can do to help recover the bitcoin cash totaling about 65 bitcoin cash which is about $14,000 at the current price. They have said they are not paying it out. ______________________________________________________________________________ Sep 24, 2020, 14:33 GMT 2 here it is written more clearly on bitcointalk and a response from me. Is there anything that can be done? ------------------------------ *Hello there, efxes,I'm sorry to hear, that you've been having some difficulties with your account.I have followed up on the matter with the Sports and Player Safety team now, and I can provide you with accurate information now.The relevant team confirm, that the negative balance on your account was due to some bets that were graded as pushed incorrectly although they should have been settled as losses.Once the bets were graded, you have withdrawn the funds that were incorrectly credited to you, thus the balance became negative as soon as these bets have been regraded accordingly.Regardless of the negative BTC balance, you continued playing on our website using BCH, without informing our support team or crediting the funds back to your account, thus documentation was requested to verify the account. Our Player Safety team confirmed, that they have verified your account and emailed you accordingly now, but I'm afraid as you have breached our Terms

Cloud Bet - Can't get my money
I registered an account on cloudbet 10 month ago. Did the first deposit about 1 bitcoin and start to bet on sports and arrived to amount about 2.5-2.7 bitcoin. I did successfull withdraw of 1 bitcoin. A few days later I continued to bet and LOST a couple of bets. About 0.9-1 bitcoins remains on my account balance. A few days later I tryed to enter to bet but my account was blocked. I found out from the chat that my account is under investigation. Almost every day in the chat I get standard answers “we are investigating”, “our management are investigating”, “our department investigates”, “we will let you know, etc. and etc. P.S. The absurdity of the situation is that they are trying to “investigate” my losing bets, after which they blocked the account?) Or are they simply “temporarily” using customers's money ...
