At the time of writing this review, my wager is 830 thousand dollars, and the loss is about 100 thousand.I often place bets on various events if there is a high limit or a good chance of winning. However, for 5 months now I have been faced with deception from the sports team of this website. They promised me to increase the betting limits when playing actively, but while I was trying to be active, I lost 100 thousand dollars. Cloudbet had access to this information prior to restricting my account.I have never been physically located in Donetsk city, nor have I accessed my account from there. It was not realistically possible for me to do so.Despite this, my winnings were voided and only my original deposit was returned, without a clear explanation or completion of the stated review process.After that, my account was restricted to withdrawals only. However, to withdraw funds, email confirmation is required, and this confirmation is sent to my old email address, which I no longer have access to.The request to change my email address remains unresolved, making it impossible for me to complete the withdrawal process, despite Cloudbet publicly stating that withdrawals are available.Using verified documents confirming my location in Ukraine (Dobropillia), claiming account access from Donetsk, voiding winnings, and blocking withdrawals due to an unresolved email change raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency.Additional details requested by Trustpilot:I have screenshots of my conversations with Cloudbet support confirming the timelines they provided for the email change request and the lack of action afterward.
