Casumo— player complaints: 295 in English

I won some money on casumo, it was soo easy for me to deposit money but my withdrawal has been pending for 2 weeks now. What gambling app makes someone wait 2 weeks to get their money. And this still isn’t resolved I’m still pending. The chat bots also don’t understand what I mean when I ask “why isn’t my money withdrawing faster” or “why is it taking a while for my money to withdraw” do better casumo. And pay me my money already or I’m going to sue. I’m over it

I deposited 100e for 100% deposit. So from 200e i made 700 witch i cleared wager too. Then i took out 600 (witch they froze) with 100 that i had left i win another 300e so i took them too and they froze it too. So eventually i got @mail that it widrawings are cancelled and they just took my money i left my 100e what i deposited. I write to them on “Live chat” and they said they send me @mail that i broke some rules but j never got any @mail from them. And when i showed them my @mails they said i have blocked them. Witch i never did i still getting @mail. Long story short do not play this App or Website its totally scamming people. Plus winning rates are so low at any game that yous will never win. I am currently at holiday but when i back home i go to my solicitor because i made all chat screen shots with them and plus inhave pictures that my wager was 0. People whu wana win and enjoy good gambling this site is definitely not for that.

Highly recommend don’t use Casumo they are scammers. Taking away your money without any notice and after all they saying that they did inform by @ but there no mails in @mail box. Highly not recommended use and play this.

Withdrew £2600 on th 25th March, still not received the cash in my bank. Spent hours on live chat sent documents that they asked for and they have been verified, still no cash in my bank. Absolutely disgusted with the service. Quick to take your cash though. Very frustrating.

Won over £3,000 and they rejected withdrawal.I recently played at Casumo and won over £3,000 using bonus funds from their welcome offer. My gameplay was genuine — mostly roulette After completing wagering requirements, my winnings were confiscated and my withdrawal denied. Casumo stated I breached bonus terms — but some of the terms they quoted in their email don’t appear anywhere on their own website. My legal advisors have also checked this It feels as though Casumo may be applying unpublished terms to justify withholding valid winnings. I’ve raised a formal complaint and been told to wait up to 8 weeks, which seems excessive given the clarity of the issue.I hope Casumo reviews this case transparently and resolves it fairly. I’ll update this review once it’s resolved.

Zero stars if I could - recently signed up - after winning requested £75 withdrawal - no sign of it. When tried to log back in to get rest of the money out - my details are not recognised! Unable to log in at all nothing was sent to my email either.

I was asked to provide a document to verify my address, all I get now in the post are bank statements, but was told I could not hide my full account details and transaction history. I wasn’t comfortable sharing that level of sensitive financial information and expected to be able to redact it, but this wasn’t accepted.Under the UK GDPR, personal data should be limited to what is necessary for the purpose it’s collected. In my case, this felt excessive for a simple proof of address check.I’d recommend checking their verification requirements carefully before signing up.

Games are big scam. Everytime need houndreds apins for bonus and in bonus 1 spin win of 12. Its joke. When I played for 2 pounds my winnings was between 10 to 40 onw time hundred pounds.
