Casumo— player complaints: 295 in English

Be very wary about this online casino and avoid at all costs. I decided to close my account as I was too busy at work for distractions of this nature. I had over £1,000 in the account and asked for this to be refunded and please close my account. 10 days on, no real response from Casumo, and no money back either. They will not let me log on either to withdraw my monies. I have reported them to the gambling commission for fraudulent actions as well, ie retaining my funds.

i have very bad exerience, casumo blok me from live chat not contact me about update since i sent my documents and keeping my money in them account , before them asked my update said i will get my withrow back now already 3 days and them holding my money

Opened account and made 3 Apple Pay deposits . Went to withdraw and got message from bank stating they refused to complete transaction because the vendor details were incomplete. First time this has ever happened . Logged onto account and now told I need to provide statement from bank with apple pay transactions before they will give me my money . Why did you try and send it me , then not give the bank satisfactory details to complete the transaction and then to add insult ask for a bank statement ( which I can’t do yet as it’s still pending and won’t appear on a statement for a few days .

Waited until I deposited to my account and then locked it for security purposes, asks you to contact them to resolve but when you contact them nothing can be done, no timescales no funds returned. NOTHING

Its been 4 days since i made a withdrawal and i still didn’t receive the funds i asked them a question saying tell me where it states that you guys dont process funds on weekends they told me in their terms and conditions it dont state that so basically you misleading customers and theres no transparency what so ever they tell me to use bank transfer as their apple pay dont work apparently so when i do every time theres a problem they even end the chat while u still talking how rude and unprofessional my problem hasn’t even been solved they tell me heres the transaction id check with ur bank i check with my bank they say its not from their side and obviously its the bank i believe them more than i believe you so basically you misleading customers and delaying payment as many time before i made a complaint and received straight away that shows that u controlling when to release funds and when not to its not just me every customer u have is leaving a bad review for not receiving funds i will be spamming u with bad reviews until i receive my funds and after that i will delete my account as you guys are misleading customers

Its been days since i made a withdrawal for £30 only and i still didn’t receive it its not like iv withdrawn a thousand pound they always say the same thing its up to ur payment provider when in fact if i play on another platform and i make a withdrawal i receive it within 20 minutes its only casumo they keep delaying payments they are misleading it clearly state that they dont make withdrawals on weekends i made a withdrawal through bank transfer i should receive it straight away but no its deliberate now if i dont receive tomorrow morning i will be reporting you to uk gambling commission as you are misleading customers and you didnt state any where on your app that you dont do withdrawals on weekends what a scam its illegal for u to hold peoples wins and say its up to ur payment provider clearly its not as i use multiple platforms as well and i made a withdrawal just fine no matter the time or day

They end the chat when u put them in the corner never had a problem withdrawing but only on their platform they take the mick and be like its up to youre payment provider even tho if i make a withdrawal on any other platform i get it in 15-20 max but you be like its week ends and youre payment provider and you’ll receive in 1-5 working days avoid guys they are scammers

Depositing is easy but withdrawing is like pulling teeth .Been waiting over a week for my withdrawal still hasn't arrived.Before i deposited i checked and they didn't need any documents and verification,even asked support since hadn't used the account in a while and they said it was good to go .I put my money didn't even wager it because their crappy site was glitching and it wouldn't let me place the bet,so used another bookies instead for that game and decided to withdraw.......i request the withdrawal wait for like a week see nothing in my account i go on there and find that they suddenly want verification...So you took my money just fine but when i want it back you want verification .....money that i didn't even wager?Also in the uk it is illegal to do this , you are not suppose to block withdrawals for any reason like the flimsy ones you give....Your support was telling me that you are obligated to do so but apparently you don't even know the law and you just making stuff up to frustrate clients

Awful site, opened an account deposited £100 the account was blocked for no reason wouldn’t let me withdraw my money and wants bank pdf to get money back . I would probably avoid this site

I am still waiting my withdrawals, but Casumo team told me to upload my proof of address, proof of identity and bank account statement with Casumo deposits. I apploded my UK driver licence, my bank statement and council tax. I received an email said that rejected documents. It said my driving licence is blurry, of course all UK driver licence is a bit blurry because the picture is inside d circle. After taking my thousands of pounds, I withdrew around £200 they restricted my withdrawals. Not even my winnings. I deposited this money. It's hard for me to applod all of this documents because I have no printer. I asked Why you're doing this to me. They answered it is in their policy to check. But they are not checking, they wanted my bank account statement. Be careful playing this website, it's easy to deposit when you just open, but when you withdraw they will ask you a lot of required documents with your home address, bank account, ID, video picture. Until now I am still waiting my withdrawals. Be careful of this website

My bank reverted my £250 withdrawal back to casumo because i used the instant bank option.And it came up on my bank account as a red flag.So they sent it back to recro l t d because that is, who manages the payment system with casumo and now they are holding my money when all they need to do is make the transfer again. They only need to send it straight back As I have insisted many times and yet, I still wait
