Casinia Casino - Player’s winnings have been confiscated.
The player from Germany had fulfilled the wagering requirements of a bonus, but after winning over €4,000, the casino removed the bonus and only credited her €50. Despite multiple complaints via live chat and email, there had been no response from the casino. We reviewed the evidence she provided and found that the big win had been generated during bonus play, not real-money play, so the casino’s winnings cap was considered applicable. Because she did not respond to our follow-up questions and reminders, we were unable to investigate further and the complaint was closed.
