Bwin— player complaints: 125 in English

I have tried every betting company at least 30+ i am so surprised this company is rated one of the worse on trust pilot for sports betting companies, I have had an account for about 10 years, never once had an issue i only place real life sports bets. withdrawals take 3-5 minutes to arrive in your bank account if you have fast funds available. Cant credit this company enough for the great service.

I am warning everyone here that Bwin is an absolute scam. You cannot withdraw from their site, easy to deposit, but you will never get your funds out.

This company frankly are not fit to have a gaming license. Very negative experience with Bwin.Since January 2026, I have been reporting a serious issue related to failures in deposit control and account holder verification.Deposits were accepted without proper validation, including situations where the payment methods did not match the account holder.At first, I received generic responses from Bwin stating that all procedures were correct. However, after intervention from the Gambling Regulatory and Inspection Service (SRIJ), they completely stopped responding since March 2026, despite several follow-up emails.This total lack of response in a case involving potential failures in compliance, control, and user protection is unacceptable for a licensed operator.To this day, I am still waiting for a proper explanation or resolution. I do not recommend this service.

I find it very disturbing when i know that many people continue playing on these gambling platforms knowing that these "guys" have all their rules in their favour and they always win no matter what, their system also allow them that, it's a smart system to outcome the stupidity of the users. I really wanna meet at least one just to spit him/her in his eyes. This is completely wrong to do things like this, stealing over the night just like normal burglars do. I've been using some betting platforms for quite a while and never but ever happened things like this to me. It's just terribly annoying to know that they are allowed to do things like this just because of so called "Terms & Conditions". How much we allow these companies to steal from us !? Outrageous, shame on you Bwin, really. Stop doing things like this, you already win fortunes on the back of blind people. It will come a day when karma will strike you painfully hard.
