I won about $13k over the weekend on blackjack and sports. After I submitted my withdrawal request, I received an email saying that my account had been temporarily disabled, and requested I verify my identity by providing my ID, a selfie holding my ID, and a utility bill. I provided all of these things. I was told it could take 48 hours for the review to be concluded. After the 48 hours, still being unable to access my account and the $11k remaining in my account, the live chat said that it could be another 7 days. It’s now been 8 days, and every time I speak to customer service I get the same runaround. This is completely unacceptable, and I’d highly encourage players to do everything to avoid using this website, especially those who play high amounts, as without warning they will lock you out of your account and money.
