15 Million Point Hall of Fame Terrible Review
As a red room 15 million point hall of famer, I am extremely disappointed. I had my money tied up in bets, so I decided to add 100 dollars in a crypto deposit on June 9th. It hadn't been confirmed for some time, so I waited. I then tried to withdraw my winnings and got the error message "on of your crypto deposits hasn't been fully confirmed. You are unable to withdrawal at this time." So I checked my tether deposit and it had many confirmations. I contacted CS and was told it would be fixed shortly. I waited hours, tried again and same issue. I then checked Bovadas forum and saw users reporting same issue. We were then told that it's a known issue and that a team was working on it. I was compensated 50 bucks the second day. I kept a balance of over 1,300 dollars that I was trying to withdraw, but was not allowed to. Everyday it was the same response with no workaround. I would have even been fine with being able to withdraw in their marketplace, but they offered no solutions. Finally, after 6 days I played and finally lost my balance I was trying to withdraw. I almost feel this is on purpose? After 7 days I am not offered any compensation because they gave me 50 6 days ago lol. This is unreal and terrible customer service. For confirmation of the issues among a lot of people, check their community forum on their site and their discord. It is specifically tied to June 9th. You will also see on that date people requested withdrawals and are also held in limbo and not received. My main issue is the lack of urgency to help offer solutions and compensation for their problems. Unless they are able to correct their errors or do the right thing, I would never suggest playing on this site because you may never get your money.
