BitStarz - Self exclusion

I was closed my account with BitStarz few months ago because of gambling addiction. I opened an account with play.casino their group casino recently. I deposited and lost 360$. But I already self excluded in same license casino before. I am looking for deposit refunds.please help me to get refunds from above group.
