Hi Olle,Your response confirms the core issue.BitzStar allows bonus-buy features while a bonus is active, without blocking them or giving any real-time warning. At the same time, many other games and features are actively blocked when a bonus is in use, which shows that technical enforcement is already possible.Enforcing the rule only after a win — and referring to past “exceptions” instead of preventing the breach — does not make the practice fair.I was never clearly warned at the time that a max bet violation had occurred. The only previous support contact was about wagering not being completed, not about exceeding any betting limit.Responsibility for rule enforcement lies with the platform, not retroactive punishment after a significant win.
