⭐️ 1/5 – Big win canceled due to bonus rules trapI played on BitzStar for a long time without problems until I won almost $10,000 on slots. After that, they refused to pay.I had accepted a deposit bonus. While playing, I used the bonus-buy feature on slots. Even with small spins (e.g. $0.40), bonus buys can cost $20–$40, which later was counted as betting over the $5 max bet rule.The problem is: BitzStar allows these games and bonus buys while a bonus is active, but after you win, they use this rule to cancel payouts — even if the big win happens after wagering is completed.Some games are blocked with a bonus, others aren’t, and there is no warning that bonus buys violate the rules. It feels like a setup to deny payouts.Support was firm: no payout, no solution. My $10k win is gone.Advice: Never take bonuses here.
