I had a poor experience with Bitstarz. I deposited $10 in MATIC via the Polygon network, and the transaction shows as completed on the Polygon blockchain (I have the proof/transaction hash). Support later told me that Polygon-network deposits are not accepted and that the funds are considered lost with no prospect of recovery, even though MATIC is listed as an accepted payment method on the site.Additionally, an employee told me the issue would be escalated, but I never received an update or resolution.Given the lack of clear guidance on supported networks and the lack of follow-through, I’m disappointed and would not recommend this platform based on my experience.
