I literally copied and pasted the deposit address that was on their page... Sent the Bitcoin and I never received anything. When I reach out to customer service to inquire about it they said that I sent it somewhere else all together?? What does that even mean I literally copied and pasted the wallet address that they told me but my deposit went somewhere else? When I showed them what I was talking about because I took screenshots of the whole process they said that there was nothing that they could do. That's a joke! I literally have proof where I copied it and pasted it from their website I have proof of the transaction and they won't do anything to fix their issue. Be careful on this website.
