Got Locked out if my account today . They say you have 5 attempts to input the correct password before being locked out . after 4 failed attempts I tried to reset my password via the email on the account but was told it was locked and I needed to contact support. Any other website , when forgetting your password , allows you to reset and change your password with ease by using a link sent via email . Not with betway . Betway was never my favourite website for gambling, hence why I won't bother trying to recover my account. Major improvements needed if they want consumers to be frequently coming back.

I do not advise anybody to use their service, after depositing they will ask you to validate your accout by sending them documents (passport / driving license / national id...). I did all that, and they kept asking me to validate my account. I emailed their support, then they gave me another email to send my documents to which I did but to no prevail.
