So first of all they dont have a support email and that is very weird to me, u can only contact them via live chat and the live chat wait time is like 1 hours. After 1 week of my withdrawal I went to the chat to ask why is my withdrawal still not paid and there they told me that I need to provide them proof of address and asked them where do I send the documents, they said send it to [email protected], well that address is not active anymore so I had to go to the live chat again and then they gave me the right address where I send it to, after 4 days of sending it, I went to ask why is my withdrawal still not paid they said that my document is not verified yet, but the live chat guy said he can do it for me so he did, he told me that my account is fully verified now and it will take up to 48 hours for the payment, 3days after that I went back to the live chat again to ask why is my withdrawal not paid, only this time my account was blocked too for what ever reason and from the live chat I was told that the case is escalated to the relevant team but still they havent paid my winnings. Unfortunately I cant send u any documents since all these chats were in live chat and not in email since they dont have one

This happened somwhere mid to late September 2023. I sent them a picture showing they had charged my card 15000 SEK without the money ever reaching my account. Don’t know what strange username that is and it’s impossible to find anything on their site. We discussed the money for a long time on chats and on mail because I wanted them back and I had the picture saying they charged me…. They are clearly not willing to solve this anyway and it seems they aren’t answering my mails anymore.

If they had no intention to give me a refund regardless of whether I was excluded from an affiliate or not then why would their email subject be “refund request” and have it rest on my being self excluded from an affiliate. At best, they just wasted my time for no reason. I have tried to contact them in multiple ways and they have either completely ignored me or sent me a copy and paste email of the original “after a thorough investigation you will not be getting a refund” with absolutely no elaboration on the “investigation” details or what circumstances made them come to this conclusion. At best they have just wasted my time gathering evidence for no reason if they never intended to refund me. At worst, they do need to refund me but are hoping I can’t be bothered to chase it up. It was everything I had and I might as well be dirt at the bottom of their shoe for how they are approaching this.

Betway scanned me out off over $2100.00 Canadian dollars -did not honour Dailey spins and bonus spins when I confronted them they deleted my account -an absolute scam

I am writing to complain about an issue regarding Sports Betting with Betway. I have already raised the issue with this organisation and it has not been resolved to my satisfaction in the several months since I first contacted them. I have now exhausted their complaints procedure. On 19th September I decided to withdraw my balance of £630. I didn't receive the money so after some time I asked them what happened to my withdrawal. On the live chat I was informed that they took a decision to close my account and witheld my funds. I complained about that decision. On 8th December 2022 I was asked to complete an additional verification using a Jumio link provided by them and I did it on 10th December 2022. I was supposed to upload pictures of my ID card and a live picture of my face by the link, which I did. On 14th December 2022 I asked the support about my case and they confirmed that they received my verification documents on 10th December and that they were processing it. Although that, after some time they decided to keep my my account closed and not return the funds, giving the reason that I didn't fulfilled their request to submit the required documents and live selfie - which is false. I got even the transcripts of all my chats with their support, which include the clear confirmation of the support member that they received the additional verification documents from me. The transcripts were delivered by Betway, after my request. I can share it with you. As I am sure you understand, my overall experience has been extremely frustrating

3 weeks have now passed and I still haven't received my payment. First of all, I was put off for 2 weeks until my payout was finally confirmed! I deposited $100 Thursday night around 8 pm et with interact money transfer and still don't have the funds available. Annoyed is an understatement, sent all the documents that Betway asked for, they refused my Proof of address,. Sent more than 5 times more my camera is crap on my phone. I have been attempting to verify my account for several days yet have not received any response. Their website claims they verify your account through your deposit LIE. The website claims to have a 24/7 Canadian number (877-811-2604) LIES, there is an automated message that hangs up on you. They advise you to send documents to [email protected] and they will respond in 24 hours LIES. I have won several hundred dollars in the last week however cannot withdraw due to my "unverified" status. I have been sending messages since April 19th to get my account verified to no avail. There is no one to speak to via phone and no one responds to emails. This casino should be shut down because [EDIT].

Had excluded an account with Betway. Was then able to open an account with an incorrect date of birth. Betway could not automatically verify age on the new account due to this and asked for a passport copy to manually verify as per their terms. I sent this passport with my correct DOB, different from account sign up. They still verified my account and allowed me to lose 800 pounds. I have a serious gambling problem. However, on checking Betways terms on verification it states that if any details differ based on the documentation sent the account would be immediately frozen. This is also the UKGC rule on it. I feel because they have clearly missed this they are not checking what they are receiving and simply verifying accounts without establishing facts exposing people like myself to issues.
