Got some promo on email, deposited and claimed the rewards. Then attempted to withdrawal, they asked me to KYC, for just AS LOW AS $150. They didnt ask KYC on my first withdrawal, then in the second one, out of nowhere, they are asking it, even preventing me to play the games. After months, I still cant withdraw it. Horrible experience, for just $150.----Edit: While big casinos allow instant withdrawals without any KYC nowadays unless for big amount of money, yet you are keen to force it with pathetic reason "user security", and use it to against the user itself. Good luck with that.
