The player from India faced issues with two deposits totaling 3500 rs that had not been credited to his gaming account. Customer service was unresponsive, only stating that they would contact the payment provider. We asked for payment details and correspondence, then the casino said its payment provider found the funds had never reached its system and advised checking with his bank for a reversal or refund request. After the player replied that his bank statements showed no reversal, we explained that the matter had to be handled between the financial institutions and kept the complaint open for one month. As he did not respond to our follow-up messages and reminder, the complaint was closed for now due to lack of cooperation.
