Really team dont even reply on request via email. As i have self extension.. my account. And now when I have requested to restart. They are not even replying.. I dont know how to trust.. no reply on email and when we spk live support. They ask to wait for reply. As per given time was 24 hours but still no reply nor any solution and my account still they dint active.
