I've been with you guys for a few years now spent quite a bit of money every time there's an issue games crash lose wagers and so forth life chat doesn't do anything they keep you there for like 2-3 hours they want this they want pictures they want proof transaction this screenshots and still 3 hours later they don't even give you a penny it's pretty sad it's horrible service for someone that spends money
