Awful casino promotion offer is a scam can not withdraw my money and customer support is non existent unsure I have I have been scammed or not

I would strongly advise anyone considering using 888 Casino to be aware of my experience with withdrawals and customer support.I requested a £400 withdrawal on 3 July 2026. More than two months later, I am still trying to get this resolved.During this period I contacted 888 repeatedly through Live Chat and their complaints process. I was repeatedly told that the withdrawal was being processed/prioritised and to wait for an update. I specifically tried to establish whether anything was required from me.Eventually, in September, I was told for the first time that they required a bank statement before they could process my withdrawal. This is something I could have provided immediately had I been told earlier.I supplied the requested bank statement. I then received another email saying “Thanks for sending your documents”, but in the same email I was told they still needed my bank statement and was given a “Verify Now” link.I followed that link expecting to find somewhere to upload the requested bank statement. Instead, it took me to a Verify ID / Identification Document process asking me to upload the front of an identification document. There was no bank-statement upload option presented to me.I have now emailed 888 again, attached the bank statement again, provided screenshots showing the problem with their verification process, and asked them to explain how I am supposed to comply with a request when the link they provide does not allow me to upload the document they are requesting.What concerns me most is not simply the delay. It is the lack of clear communication and contradictory instructions throughout the process. A customer should not have to spend months chasing a £400 withdrawal and repeatedly trying to discover what the company actually requires.Based on my experience, I would advise others to be extremely cautious before depositing money with 888 Casino, particularly if you expect a straightforward withdrawal process.I will update this review if and when 888 resolves the matter and pays my withdrawal.

Far better sites out there if you actually expect to win anything ul loose every time on this site am afraid

This casino is rigged please stay away i have spent thousands here and u don't win....This weekend i loaded 400 dollars and u don't win its rigged so bad getting bonus that pays 10 dollar after a battle to get it.. Gates of olympus only has 2x multipliers and the first 10 spins is always blank.... And when i complaint about it my account got blocked just shows u... keep away guys they are crooks only robbing people.

Read the 1 star reviews and they are spot on, totally rigged in my opinion. Lodged some money, ok in comparison to some lodgements it was small, but it was about 35 euros. This online scam did the same to me as they did to others. Deposited $100 and won. When I tried to withdraw $400 my account was closed. They told me I needed to upload my documents for verification and the link doesn't allow you upload. Absolute scam!!! I've been on legit sites and this is definitely not one of them. Cany speak to a person, no email address or phone number just chatbot. When you finally get someone the leave you waiting forever and don't help you.

I was fortunate enough to be able to be up $700 and I have been trying to withdraw the funds since July 23 with absolutely no success. I have already completed the verification check and successfully withdrawn before. There is no phone number to call and the customer service is absolutely abysmal. I have filed a complaint with the regulatory body in my region.

I don't know why there is so many 1 star reviews. i never had an issue with this Casino. My withdrawals are completed within 5 minutes every time. Besides the time when i won 15000. That time it took 4 hours and it came in 3 payments of 5000$. no reason there should be 1 star reviews

After I deposited $200 my account got locked when I try to reach for any explanation, nobody answerd my email or phone to give me any reason why. I think this is a scheme.Don't play here, use reliable sources like bet 365 or fanduel

At this time ,I have been waiting on a withdrawal since 24th of june ,ive escalated it via complaints teams and currently as today still no response to final notice ,i will launching a eCOGRA dispute On the 31st ... I recommend anyone having issues to one. note everything down ,emails etc ,2 .prep for a adr dispute and 3 .log a complaint to ukgc ... more complaints go to them the more likly the ukgc can do something.
