Dear Sir/Madam,I'm having a problem situation.On March 22, 2021, I received an email from the casino that my account has been closed. The casino also reported that this was their business decision and did not provide any reasoning for it.I have studied the rules of the casino and I can confidently say that I did not break the rules. The reasons for blocking are not clear to me.I wrote to the casino many times in order to find out what was the reason for blocking my account and asked for permission to withdraw my money. However, the casino does not want to reply to my messages.I am convinced that the casino has no right to block my funds (1047$) unilaterally without giving reasons. This is contrary to the general rule of law. Withholding my winnings without giving reasons is a violation of my rights.I would be very grateful if you could resolve my situation.

Hi im not sure if my previous message went through or not but i’ll try again in case it didnt. I was playing live roulette on 888Casino and i was winning and I had a $3500 balance in my account. I put in $1000 for the day so i had a $2500 profit for the day. As always i would bet on average around $100 each spin. I would play all straight up and cover around 15 to 18 numbers on average. Suddenly as i was betting, i became shocked and frightened when i noticed that every number that i was betting on had $200 on each number!! Nearly all of my entire 3400 balance was on the table and I lost everything !! That left me with just $84 in my account !!! i went from 3500 to $84 and I DID NOT MAKE THAT BET INTENTIONALLY !!! I dont know how that happened but it definitely wasnt coming from me and this also happened to me before in the past on 888casino and of course i lost my money that time as well to a huge bet that i did not place but i’ll just focus on this latest incident for now. I wish i was recording the incident with a gopro camera as proof of what happened.. it said when someone feels that they have to do that This is totally out of character for me !! When i noticed that there was $200 on each number i panicked and i just hit the power button on my ipad but it was already too late. My money was gone ! All 3500 of it at least i cant remember the exact number. It seems suspicious. I am in tears as i write this. I cant believe this happened to me! Please please ! ! I have already years ago 2013 self closed permanently my accounts for this internet casinos operated under same license 777.com and 888.com because i have a gambling problem. I have requested founds to be withdrawn and get withdrawal confirmation. Next day I have received request to upload my documents for verification. I have uploaded pictures of my UK driving licence which is registered in the same name and address as my account with 888casino. Following day I have received email from they operation team saying that my account was closed due to failing security checks. They haven’t include any details or explain why these checks were unsuccessful. I have contacted their operation team but never get any reply. Their online chat is not available neither customer service number. I have read the reviews on internet and it seems to be usual way for this casinos to treat people this way. After I asked to transfer money to my bank account 888casino requested to submit documents for verification which I actually successfully passed (got a mail confirming this). The point is that my account was locked the next day without pointing at rules I've violated or even letting me know. Support team couldn't answer on my questions regarding this issue. They kept telling me "it will be unblocked within 24 hrs". At this very moment it's still locked. It's been 72hrs instead of 24 hrs. Since then they don't provide reasonable answer and simply ignore me. Not a very good experience on this site. I can't log in on my computer or mobile for hours. Ironically, the site worked great for making a deposit. I think this has been a terrible experience and would like to just finished spending my $300 so I just move on. I'm done with online casinos thanks for helping me get to this decision.

On 22-12-2019 I deposited 545 euros. I played baccarat there, was lucky and won about 4000 euros. I can not tell the exact amount because they blocked my account. Didt honor my weekyl betting limit. Game kept freezing and glitching. Had now way to keep track of how long or how much was spent.

I created an account here and used my nickname when I signed up as I was only looking around really and assumed if I needed to I could edit my details as my username would always be the same regardless. Because of this when I actually starting winning and wanted to make a withdrawal, and despite providing all the asked for identification for verification, twice, and a phone call to support and a wait of 3 days and being allowed to continue depositing (with the same credit card used to register and previously deposit) and playing until for some reason my account became restricted I then get an email saying that my account would remain closed (was never told it was closed only restricted!) and that all of my winnings had been voided (£2950) and that my deposits would be refunded (£340) to an account that they obviously believe that they could not verify!
