I am writing to formally escalate an unresolved withdrawal issue regarding an amount of EGP 1,700 requested via on June 23, 2026.As of today, I have still not received the funds in my wallet.After my initial complaint, your support team instructed me to wait 48 hours. I fully complied with this request, but the withdrawal amount was still not received.After following up again, I was informed that, according to your system, the withdrawal had been completed successfully. However, this statement does not match the actual situation on my side.To support my claim, I provided video evidence from my account showing all wallet transactions since June 23, 2026. The video clearly confirms that no transfer of EGP 1,700 was ever received.Today, I contacted support once again and received the same response: that the transaction was successful. I then requested the following details:The transaction reference numberConfirmation of the destination wallet numberProof of successful transfer to my walletUnfortunately, no clear response or valid proof has been provided.I find it unacceptable to repeatedly receive the same generic response without any supporting evidence, especially after submitting all requested documents and videos.At this point, I have serious concerns regarding the handling of this case and the credibility of the information provided to me.I request immediate escalation of this matter for a full investigation.
