Disgraceful support and fake payment proofs - My money (3500 EGP) is stolen!
I requested a withdrawal of 3500 EGP (Request ID: 19161770). The support closed my ticket claiming it was successful and sent me a completely FAKE/PHOTOSHOPPED screenshot as proof! The fake proof contains faulty data, and despite providing full video proofs of my wallet showing that no money was received, the support (Ghazal & Nabil & Zaid) completely ignored me. This is a scam and theft. Reopen my ticket and refund my money immediately!
