If they can prove such an allegation, I am prepared to accept the consequences.My main question to 1xBet is this: If you block an account, why do you not release the customer's legitimate funds? If an account is blocked because of an alleged violation, the customer should at least be provided with the specific reason and supporting evidence.I also question the circumstances in which accounts are blocked after customers win money. If 1xBet considers an account to be suspicious or in violation of its rules, why is the account allowed to operate until the customer wins and then blocked? Why are accounts not treated in the same manner when customers lose money?In my case, approximately PKR 530,000 is being withheld. I have provided the verification documents requested from me, but my funds have still not been released.I am also deeply distressed by the financial and personal consequences of this situation. People often gamble because they need money for essential living expenses, but withholding a person's funds can cause serious hardship. My father died in hospital, and I was unable to deposit the money needed for his treatment. This has caused me immense pain and shame. I ask 1xBet to understand the human consequences of withholding customers' legitimate funds and to resolve my case urgently.I have screenshots, correspondence, recorded voice messages, details of agents, helpline information and other supporting material relating to my case. I am prepared to provide this evidence to the relevant authorities and independent investigators.I respectfully request the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) and other relevant Pakistani authorities to examine my complaint and take appropriate action if any violation of applicable law or regulations is established.I also request Pakistani media, journalists and social-media users to investigate complaints concerning 1xBet and provide affected users an opportunity to present their evidence.My demand is simple: If 1xBet has evidence against me, provide it. If there is no valid basis for withholding my funds, release my PKR 530,000.I will continue pursuing this matter through lawful and appropriate channels until my complaint is properly investigated and resolved.
