I am on the Sapphire level, on September 9 was the day to receive my cashback. It was showing the amount, hence i couldnt claim it because of the Maintenance problem.I waited 16 days, until i got the message inside the app that the issue is resolved and everything is working.My cashback is still showing Unavailable, i contacted the support, one agent is saying i dont have any cashback (than what happened to the amount i didnt claim because of the maintenance) , another agent is telling me the Technical Error still exist (than why you are notifying customers that everything is fixed) another agent is telling me that I have the specified amount but the technical issue is still there!!!!!!!Moreover, when i was on a call with their another agent, i asked for Terms and Conditions file where i can see what are the steps when the company is not doing its job properly, he hang up the phone on me.I am demanding a proper explanation, customer support and my cashback immediately.I have all screenshots stating that I am eligible to claim that amount of money.
