VIP Cashback & Customer SupportI have a Diamond VIP account, and I have been dealing with a serious issue with the VIP Cashback service for more than two weeks.The cashback appeared in my account, then disappeared again. The service seems to be constantly under “maintenance”, and even when the cashback becomes visible, it can disappear again without any clear explanation.But honestly, the cashback problem is only part of the issue. The customer support is even more frustrating.Whenever I contact support, I don't get an actual answer or a solution. Instead, I receive the same meaningless scripted responses:“We understand that you are angry.”“We apologize for the inconvenience.”“Do you have any other questions?”That's it.Nobody actually explains what is happening. Nobody takes responsibility for the problem. Nobody provides a clear solution or even a realistic timeframe.It feels like you are talking to a wall rather than a real customer service representative.I am not asking for special treatment. I simply expect a company to explain what happened to my cashback, what is being done to fix it, and when I can expect the issue to be resolved.A VIP customer shouldn't have to repeatedly contact support just to receive the same automated phrases without any meaningful answer.At this point, the biggest problem is not only the missing cashback — it is the complete lack of transparency and effective customer support.
