Unresolved deposit issues and unhelpful customer support

I attempted to deposit funds into my account, but the payment failed to go through despite the money leaving my wallet.When trying to resolve the issue, customer support offered no immediate assistance and instead redirected me through endless automated support menus and forms in the "Payment queries" section. Asking customers to jump through hoops and manually submit receipts, transaction IDs, and statements just to trace a failed deposit is completely unacceptable.The response times are slow, and the lack of proper, direct customer care makes using this platform frustrating and unsafe for managing funds. I would strongly advise against using this platform until they fix their payment processing and support system.
