CAD $74,666.24 Still Unpaid and the Departments 1xBet Directs Me to Are Not Responding
There are now two very simple issues with my case.First, the CAD $74,666.24 remains unpaid despite multiple 1xBet representatives previously confirming in writing that the funds would be returned. The matter was subsequently escalated internally to the payment processing department regarding the outstanding CAD $74,666.24, yet no payment has been made.Second, I have been unable to obtain meaningful engagement through either 1xBet’s own support channels or independent ADR.1xBet recently responded publicly to my previous Trustpilot review by directing me back to its official support departments and acknowledging the independent ADR process I initiated. Unfortunately, both SERM and Block have been contacted and remain unresponsive. 1xBet has also been given the opportunity to participate in ADR and, thus far, I have not been informed that it has done so.This cannot resolve an outstanding payment through channels that are not engaging in the process. I am not looking to continue escalating this indefinitely. I am simply asking 1xBet to make the payment its representatives previously confirmed and return the outstanding CAD $74,666.24.Once the outstanding payment is made, the escalation ends.
